Load-in, sound check and set times confirmed in writing. Optimo Sound can bring the PA and an engineer if the venue has none.

Yes. Our artists regularly perform in the Vail Valley. Travel and, when needed, lodging are included in the quote up front.

Can you play an outdoor ceremony on the mountain?
Yes. A violinist, saxophonist or acoustic soloist works well for outdoor ceremonies. We confirm power, cover and a weather backup with your venue ahead of time.
How early should we book for a Vail wedding?
Summer Saturdays and the holidays book first, so six months or more ahead is best for the Vail Valley.
